Special Terms and Conditions

• Assumed soil bearing capacity of 2000 PSF at existing grade.
• Suitable and acceptable access to the site for the module size to be provided.
• Set up prices based on dry stack piers three courses high, single stack on top of existing grade.
• An All Risk Certificate of Insurance is required to cover unit(s) during rental period from and including the date they arrived at site unless otherwise stated in quote.
• Prices quoted do not include any local, state or federal taxes.
• Permits, footings, steps, site preparation, electrical and plumbing connections are not included in quoted prices unless stated.
• The customer will obtain and pay for all necessary permits, fees, licenses, and Certificate of Occupancy with the exception of transportation.
• Prices quoted are contingent upon the execution of mutually agreeable documentation and corporate approval.
• Dates and times mutually agreed upon cannot be guaranteed.
• Lease rates based on third party financing. Lease rates may vary contingent on credit approval.
